Music is a universal language. Every musician dreams about performing in front of the audience, which is so stunned and enthralled that they can’t move. So they practised very hard to entertained the audience with their magical skills. But this lockdown limits their skills temporarily, but the Barcelona Gran Teatre del Liceu opera house reopened with an exciting show.
They were planned for the frizzed audience, nearly 2,292 guts who paid full attention to the performance. The audience was technically alive, but all are seated on a pot..!! Yes, you read it right. The UceLi Quartet string quartet performed in front of plants. It led by the conceptual artist Eugenio Ampudia and the ensemble performed Puccini’s “Crisantemi.” The audience selected from the local nurseries, and after the show, it will donate to a healthcare worker from the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona.

Though Gran Teatre del Liceu stopped the activities in mid of March, it waits for more events than the past years. So let’s ready for the next performance at the opera house soon.

The plants will later be donated to healthcare workers from the Hospital Clinic of Barcelona
