It is hard to find the way for blind people who is in their own way when they on roads. So the recent innovation which contributes to blind people who can navigate their surrounding without much hassle is called “Wewalk.”
This cane was invented by a blind engineer called Kursat Ceylan, who worked as CEO and co-founder of Young Guru Academy (YGA). The most empathetic fact is that he’s also visually impaired. Being blind is not a fact to disappointed while it helps to understand the situation and the obstacle faced by sightless people. So Kursat was able to address the one issue faced by blind people by improving their lives.
“These days, we are talking about flying cars, but these people have been using just a plain stick. As a blind person, when I am at the Metro station, I don’t know which is my exit. I don’t know which bus is approaching. which stores are around me. That kind of information can be provided with the WeWalk,” Kursat told CNN.
The smart cane consists of a speaker, a voice assistant, google, and a sensor, which send vibrations to warn the impediments above the chest level. This Smart cane uplifts the lifestyle of the visionless people without felting that they abnormal anymore. They proved the saying called “disable means differently able.”
