So as per their viewpoint, the cat not only exacts the coffee cherry but also they absorb the other all good things inside the coffee cherry. Even though Kopi Luwak is the expensive coffee, there is a dark and sad side inside of this Coffee. Since this is a classy product, farmers are tending to be caged and feed animal where they can make high profit by forgetting that this product is related to natural cultivation.
The traditional Kopi Luwak is on best quality since the Luwak is the one who decides and selects the cherries which should be eating or not by roaming around the coffee plantation. But these days most of them are caged and they taste the cherries which is given by the farmers where most of the beans are uneaten. So this may result in the lower quality of the product where the fake goods sell in the market.
