Everyone is a desire for a well-maintained figure. So most of them are using the day to day excises as much as possible. The upmost excise familiar to all is jogging. Without any hesitation people are choosing it because of the strength and value it gives for both mind and body. Rather being ordinary jogger Jeric Yeun residents of New Cross Gate, South London planned the path of jogging. This planned jogging route created a beautiful picture when at the end of the tour. He was able to create chickens, dogs, rats, and even giraffes. Even though it is interested in the others he was not done with the aim of raise awareness and funds for Spinal Research.
Even he worked as a web developer he participated for a half marathon couple of years and got this idea. Up to now, he finished 12 drawings plus two marathons with the hopes of aiding Spinal Research.
While jogging, this Londoner uses a GPS tracker to create fun animal artwork on the go
As a runner, I understand the importance of being active and not everyone is as fortunate as us,” Jeric writes on his Instagram. “So, this year the plan is to do lots of drawings. I’ll be challenging myself to draw 20 Strava Arts while I’m traveling around here and there.”
As same as the others this quarantine affected for Jeric’s day to day work. So he started his training early in the morning. “The only change is the time I’m doing my training. Instead of running after work, I’m doing all my solo run early in the morning around 6 am just to avoid the crowds,” the jogger reveals. It’s tough, as all my routine is now completely different. But it makes me appreciate running even more during this hard time and I’m trying to build a habit to it. So for today, I’ve got 10.2k done at my local park with a bit of trail before work while everyone else is still sleeping.”
His “portfolio” includes kangaroos
Let’s wishes for the brighter days where Jeric can fulfil his aim.
